David Lawrence: Well here, I will tell you what. I did warn people. I put the explicit link, I put the explicit thing up which is more than I can say for Madge Weinstein at Yeast Radio. She didn*t have the explicit tag in there for the first few days and if you know anything about Podcast, you know anything about Madge Weinstein who is in Chicago she is a transvestite, transsexual I am not quite sure what she is described as but she is very filthy. I put the explicit there because I don*t want somebody cruising along in a car and hearing a guest or me you know get naughty about something and say a bad word and then go oh the kids don*t listen you know. I wanted to have that filter there. Now the Net Music Countdown Podcast is completely family friendly and you can get that at feeds.feedburner.com/nmc and its got little snip. It*s music in there. There is pod safe music that we use for out net each week. It*s really cool. It*s the other show that most people aren*t even aware of. All they have listened to is the talk shows. So but that*s not what you called for. How can I help you?

Bryan: Well I got a couple of questions. First one is I am having a problem with the Napster. I had downloaded Napster a year ago and I have gone through several upgrades and I have now cancelled my service I am trying to uninstall Napster and Napster doesn*t come with an uninstaller that I can see.

David Lawrence: And how does Add/Remove Program work for you ?

Bryan: Add/Remove Program when I use that it keeps saying that I am trying to install an older version of Napster and I can't do it and that's it. I am going around in circles with it.

David Lawrence: So now is about the time that we are finding out after Napster*s been legal and made available from Roxio or I guess they are now called Napster only. Now is about the time that we are finding out what people are just dissatisfied with the service that they can*t be uninstalled and that's not very nice. That's almost as bad as having Adware and Malware on your machine. I mean there are lots and lots of companies RealNetworks, AOL, EarthLink. There were lots of companies that were accused of making it difficult for you to remove their software. Now if Napster doesn't have any help files online, doesn't have any forums or bulletin boards that you can go to, support areas that you can go to, take in information on getting rid of it then shame on them one more time. I don't know how to help you because I wouldn't use Napster if you paid me.

Brian: Alright I know better now.

David Lawrence: Well if anybody does know please feel free to pick up the phone and call and hopefully somebody will help us out. You had a second question?

Brian: Yeah. I was thinking see, by getting an external hard drive for my laptop. I mean I drive a tractor trailer and I have this thing in the truck called Optimized Idle which means that the truck is turning on and turning off all the time and every time it turns on it interrupts the power to my power supply.

David Lawrence: Do you have an inverter?

Brian: Yes.

David Lawrence: Okay so in your, you can always plug-in UPS to the inverter and then plug the hard drive into the UPS.

Brian: Alright.
