Howard: I will.
David Lawrence: Alright.
Howard: Give them a call.
David Lawrence: Alright I appreciate that very much. 180039 Online is our telephone number 1800-396-6546 we got an open line. Jump in to get on the air if that's what you would like to do.
Max: That bank is so small they are using an external clearing house and that's why those images are offsite. They don't even have those images stored locally so they would have to create an alias within their secure site to get to that third party. So they have outsourced their check.
David Lawrence: Right.
Howard: You know imaging and all that stuff and that's the reason for why they are not available.
David Lawrence: And please don't change your security settings to match their misguided failings. Make the bank do the right thing. They are saving money maybe by using a content delivery network or an external supplier for these images. But those images should be locally on their secure servers locally mirrored so that you don't have to change your security settings to get both insecure and secure images on your machine. Instant Message just came in I have no idea what the screen name is because the blue type against the green background kind of dufous but the white I can read. David I am deciding between the Creative Zen Micro or the iPod Mini 4 Gig. Which would you suggest? Hands down the iPod Mini 4 Gig without a doubt. The iTunes, iPod experience is like dating a hot chick. It really is.
Max: And owning a Ferrari.
David Lawrence: And owning a Ferrari at the same time. I mean you know God love Creative the Zen Micro is a nice little device. I know a lot of people that have it. There are also people that have the ARCOS because the ARCOS was the first device that had a lot of storage space on it. It could do video and what not but man I am telling you there is something about the iPod that resonates the same way a Macintosh resonated for me back in the *80s. It is brilliantly designed. It is a hardy piece of gear. It*s easy to sync. All these things are being built for you by Apple that work on the Mini. All the stuff that we have been talking about when we are on the air about Podcasting and the iTunes Music Store and that experience is just gorgeous without a doubt. The iPod Mini 4 Gig I would absolutely say no. Some caller called up and said you have to have Java installed to see the images when the red X shows up. That is completely incorrect. It is absolutely positively incorrect. Having Java installed has nothing to do with a red X showing up. A red X means the image is missing. It could easily just simply be that you have misnamed the file that the file has been removed from the server or in this case the file isn*t available to the server. Java is not required and just have nothing to do with when a red X shows up. So please I appreciate it but that's just not correct. What were you going to say?
Max: Or in this case it*s locked because of your security settings you don't want to leave the secure site.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
