David Lawrence: Okay.

Jesse: And our computer is not like that because it has you know like the main it has a little tower I think I saw. And whenever I restart my computer or turn off my computer or if I leave my computer set for stay half hour or hour, I won*t be online anymore and I will have to like unplug the USB plug and then plug it back and then I unplug it and plug it back in sometimes it works one side sometimes takes time.

David Lawrence: It sounds like you have a driver issue with this RadioShack thing. When you open up the box and you plugged in and so on did you just simply plug it in and hoped that it worked?

Jesse: I think I entered the number from the tower on the bottom.

David Lawrence: Right but that*s just letting it you know once it*s properly installed what the IP Address is from the tower or the what WAP code from the tower. But you have to have drivers that are reliable and what I would suggest is that you got to the RadioShack site and see if they have downloadable drivers, if they don*t take it back to RadioShack go to CompUSA, Best Buy or Good Guys, or Circuit City and by yourself a Linksys card, because they are going to be able to provide you with drivers that are compatible with your machine. RadioShack should be able to do that if they are offering this product for sale but if the driver is incompatible, if driver isn*t reliable you are not going to be able to use it on a regular basis. Whenever you have an issue where you have to unplug and plug it back in, usually it*s the case that you are working with something that is ify and when that*s the case it*s usually the driver, okay.

Jesse: Alright I have couple of other question 2.07.53_____.

David Lawrence: I am going to ask you to hold and if we have time we will get to you, just hold the line, alright. Instant message from Pat30, can you tell us what JPG stands for or JPEG? Sure, JPEG stands for Joint Photographers Experts Group and it is a contortion of photographers that a long time ago got together and created a format a way of doing lossy compression, compression of a file so that when you looked at a picture it didn*t look all that much different but a lot of data was removed. And that*s what the JPEG standard is all about, GIF the Graphic Interchange Format is a loss less compression standard. When you take a GIF file and it gets compressed it is returning all of the data back to where it belongs because its going bit by bit and putting tokens in place when there is long expenses of the same color and then it doesn*t even reversed when it*s decompressed. So GIF is lossless, JPEG lossy you can take a very large file and 8 MG picture file as an example and compress it down to 10K and not loose much quality but that*s what JPEG is all about Joint Photographers Experts Group that*s what that means and that is a perfect instant message question, very short, very sweet I can explain it quickly that*s great. Anything more than that pick up the phone and call us 180039 online we will get to Ray, and John, and Greg and then we will see if Jesse has some questions. Just wanted to make sure everybody gets an even short here, alright. Take a break be right back.
