David Lawrence: If they are selling you the original not an OEM disk now understand not something that came with the computer. But if they went to the store and they upgraded Windows 98 SE and they are selling you the disk and the hardware remember if they screw up, if their machine doesn*t work.

Dean: Right.

David Lawrence: They sold you the disk. As long as they ever made a copy of it themselves, they have sold you the disk. They have to go out and get the upgrade again.

Dean: Right.

David Lawrence: So, so far so good.

Dean: Okay.

David Lawrence: It*s not being used on more than one machine at a time, okay. So that*s where I would go and I would check that out. 180039 online is our telephone number Kerry.

Kerry: Hi David thanks for taking my call.

David Lawrence: Yes Kerry.

Kerry: It*s time. I am trying to climb, I am in the basement now.

David Lawrence: Why are you in the basement?

Kerry: Because my phone that you take off the base started dying I thought it was direct when I start talking to you so.

David Lawrence: So are you trying to keep everybody*

Kerry: Everybody the dog and everyone else.

David Lawrence: Are there people sleeping upstairs or something?

Kerry: Trying maybe hopefully my husband*s listening so he can help me figure this out.

David Lawrence: Hi, hi there I am talking to Kerry down in the basement, trying not to be too loud and wake everybody up, hello.

Kerry: The main question is I think we realize the family computer needs to be upgraded to a more powerful you have to use in Windows XP.

David Lawrence: Do you need some sort of a permission slip from me?

Kerry: No.

David Lawrence: Okay.

David Lawrence: No what I am wondering is if I want to also consider tying it into the family sound system and maybe editing the old family movies. How should I approach the specs what the kind of computer*?

David Lawrence: Here let me make a quick suggestion for you. My suggestion is that you buy a brand new machine and since you have already got Windows 98 you are a Windows user.
