David Lawrence: Remember that it has a firewall on it and so you have to sort of enable the different services on the website you should have also gotten a manual, have you read through the manual.

BJ: I have not read through the manual.

David Lawrence: Okay then I am just going to stop right now and I am going to tell you here*s my advice. Read the manual.

David Lawrence: Okay I appreciate the call. You know you can call me I don*t care that you called me before you read the manual but who knows what you have done so far it may be nothing in which case when Panda when you download the installer for Panda and you install Panda its going to install with the highest level of security possible because it can*t be sure under what circumstances your machine is existing. Is it under attack is there some script on there is there something going on that it needs to be aware of. So the best thing to do before you call me is to read the manual. Once you have read the manual and you are thoroughly confused by a product then you can call me please feel free and say look I have tried this I have tried that but until you have at least tried something at least give it a shot because then you will at least understand what its doing and Panda in particular is dealing with some of the most halest thing that*s going to happen with your machine. So it installs itself at a very high level of security and you have to sort of back that off and using the process and the manual will help you do that.
