David Lawrence: Your drive is dieing. The transport mechanism that moves the tray in and out is dying and it is doing so in such a way that it works sometimes and it doesn*t work sometimes. I am assuming that once it gets in there it loads whatever is on the CD properly but sooner or later the whole mechanism is simply going to go away. So you need to replace it.
Philip: I see I thought it may be as soon as you do to the amount of RAM I have combined with.
David Lawrence: No it has nothing to do with your RAM.
Philip: CPU usage.

BJ: Well I had to my hard drive reformatted and then I had to reinstall my Panda Anti virus.
David Lawrence: Yes.
BJ: And once I have done that I am unable to hook up to the Internet.
David Lawrence: Okay so you are reinstalling Panda and you are going with whatever they set your level of security act.
BJ: Correct.
David Lawrence: Okay so you want to lower that level of security, get on the net and make sure you have an update that gets downloaded from the Panda site because if you are installing from an installer you are installing from a CD that may be a few months old.
BJ: I installed from the site.
David Lawrence: You installed from the site.
BJ: Yes.
David Lawrence: I am not following you. What do you mean you installed from the site you downloaded an installer.
