John: How you are doing David?

David Lawrence: I am alright.

John: A question I converted an internal hard drive to an external hard drive and everything should be working fine until I wanted to merge a partition on that extra hard drive that I converted. And when I opened Partition Magic, I got the following problem, the disc and these numbers in pairings, the size of the disc 4866/255/63 --

David Lawrence: Okay, okay, okay hold on you don*t have to give me all that.

John: Okay.

David Lawrence: You have used the same disc you didn*t reformat it when you put it as an external, correct.

John: Well I did, I went and reformatted it to NTFS.

David Lawrence: Aha with Partition Magic.

John: No I just right clicked after I installed this.

David Lawrence: So when you reformat with Partition Magic and then let it do the partitioning.

John: Well let me do and see what happens --
