John: I got a question about Firewall. I have got a Norton 2004 Firewall and I have had it for about a year on my computer and for last three weeks when I connect to the Internet I have to disable my Firewall to connect.

David Lawrence: Why is that?

John: Well when I turn the computer on, there is like connectivity test to my cable. It will give me an error message and say your QIC Server is not connecting or something like that and I disable it will let me get on--

David Lawrence: So want you want to do is who is your cable company, Charter.

John: No it's Insight Cable.
