David Lawrence: Remember in old days Gary when you had CBs and you could buy linear and truck stops remember linear amplifiers that will take your one watt or three watts mobile and put it up to 10 or 25 or 100 those were illegal too and so are these devices. 180039 online I can only imagine if everybody got together and just started boosting the amplifying nature of their cell phones, what would happen, especially in a nursing home you got all this medical operating equipment all these medical monitoring equipment around. Intercoms, emergency systems the worst possible advice I could give Steve what caused that call you know how to get boost how do I get a signal when I am in the room with my wife, I understand what is in situ, he is trying to get a cell signal and the fact if you can*t get a cell signal in certain places is annoying but even boosting the transmission power of your cell phone isn*t going to allow you to better receive calls. So in the end not only is it illegal but its also not going to work, yeah you will be able to make a terrific call not sure if you can hold that call but you certainly to able to send it longer should you connect up with a tower, but receiving the data from the tower is the other side of that. You know when you are talking about CBs it was all about transmission power, reception power that was based on your antenna. So I would not give people that kind of advice so just so you understand. 180039 online is our telephone number 18003966546 Donavan.

Donavan: Hey David how are you making out?

David Lawrence: So far so good, how can I help you sir?

Donavan: I am using Norton Internet Security Suite and I also have a pocket pc that uses Active Sync 4.0 and the problem that I have is that when I use Outlook I use Microsoft Outlook for my E-mail, without the pocket pc in the cradle the Norton plug-in will expand and it does what it*s supposed to do with the spam the Norton Anti Spam and it takes the Spam and then put it in the Anti Spam folder or disposal. But when I put the pocket pc into the cradle it does not load the plug in it takes the E-mail on spam.

David Lawrence: All right hold on Donavan hang on one second we will discuss this a little bit further in just a moment, I am running out of time here hang on, back in a moment with more Online Tonight.

Net Music Countdown [01:22:18 to 01:26:32]

David Lawrence: Nelly and Tim McGraw at #15 on the Net Music Countdown that*s over and over Actor Samuel L. Jackson seems to be starting rumors. He has confirmed to the press that Nelly has been seen on the set of Ashanti*s latest film Fueling Fires that he and she are currently dating. Ashanti dismisses those comment saying look its just people making up their own sitcom.

David Lawrence: Speaking of which dinner speaking the false schedule from my speaking around the country is filling up quickly. I am going to be at the Podcasting I don*t know what they are calling, I think we are calling it the Podcasting. I really, they have changed the title twice on it now but it is going on in Ontario, California. And it is going to be the first major Podcasting convention. And you know I will be there, Leo Laporte will be there, Adam Curry will be there, Scott Fletcher from Podcheck will be there. CC from Accident Hash and the Pod Safe Music Network will be there. We are trying to put together an actual showcase of Pod Safe Music Artists. And then also I will be speaking in October via the web for a convention as well. So things are, I will give you more details as time goes on. Next time I will have the exact dates as well. I do have the dates on the November Podcasting thing. We will share that with you later on. 180039 online is our telephone number. Instant message from Azma_of_Az, Dear David can you recommend a safe legitimate music download site. I don*t have an iPod. And I use Win XP Pro. Thanks Margaret listening on WGNAM 720. This is an interesting question because I still would recommend iTunes. You don*t have to have an iPod to download music from iTunes. iPod is nice because you can carry it with you wherever you want to go. But iTunes can still be a great place to assemble and categorize and keep track of all of your music as well as find new music and download it the music that you want, old music you know. I happen to be a very Manalo freak I know. Hey but I am also Rob Zombie freak so go put that in your pipe as well. I dare you market to me. Those are the two data appoints you have. I love Barry Manalo and I love Rob Zombie go for it. But yeah I mean you know you want to have to have an iPod to use iTunes. So the iTunes music store at Apple still is the best thing that*s happened to computing and technology in the entertainment space in years. It just is brilliant. Now if you go ahead and get an iPod well you can just enjoy it more. You can enjoy it more places but you don*t have to have an iPod to use iTunes and I would recommend that overall. Even if you have a device that does not play AAC which is their native format you can still convert what you buy at the iTunes music store simply by burning it to a CD and then re-ripping the CD. You can convert them all to high bit rate mp3s and play them on any player. So the iPod certainly makes it nice. But you don*t have to have an iPod to use iTunes and that is what I would recommend. 180039 online is our telephone number, 18003966546. Before we went to the break we were talking to Donavan whose Norton AntiSpy sorry Norton Antispam filtering of Email doesn*t work if I am getting this right doesn*t work without look if you have your pocket PC in the cradle is that correct?
