David Lawrence: Yeah there is actually on the eBay site, because this company is so large and because there is such a huge target they actually have a link right on the front page that let*s you take the copy from your E-mail and forward it to an E-mail address at eBay and they will tell you whether or not its legitimate or not. I would tend to ignore any E-mail these days coming from eBay or PayPal or AOL or Yahoo or on your bank unless you know full well that there is identifying information in that E-mail that only people at those institutions would know. For example, if you get an E-mail from your bank when you pay a bill that notifies you that the bill payment has been scheduled the bill payment has been sent and so on and if you want to log in here is the link to do so. If it includes you know a partial a portion of your account number and it includes the creditor that you are you know the payee that you are sending to and the amount and all that seem as reasonable. You know I would just go and log in to the website directly rather than using a linked E-mail that*s just the way I keep myself safe. And I would do the same thing with eBay. If eBay sends you a notice after you have successfully held an auction, go log in just as a straight user. Go to your auctions and find out what the deal is that way. That way you are never using any of the links inside the E-mail and could possibly be phished. You know what I am saying?

Tom: Yes.

David Lawrence: So that*s what I would do. I would go right to the website when you are notified by E-mail don*t even click on the linked E-mail just go to your browser open a new window and type www.ebay.com and work through from there, sign in from there. Go to your area, go to your auctions check out what*s going on and then do your work from there, alright.

Tom: What about they have sent E-mail noticing to verify the account.

David Lawrence: Right well those you will be expecting and those you should respond to so alright I appreciate it.
