Laura: Well no it says, it starts up with 169, 169.5.

David Lawrence: I think somebody has put the wrong numbers inside your network, your network connection profile. You need to go in and put in the numbers in the right order. I think what has happened is maybe something has gotten corrupted or somebody didn*t copy things correctly. The internal 192.168.1.1 address is reserved for administering routers and administering internal devices. So I think what you need to do is get on the horn with AOL and have them walk you through putting those numbers in properly.

Laura: AOL?

David Lawrence: Oh I am sorry Comcast.

Laura: I am sorry I still have AOL.

David Lawrence: Okay well you are using but you are using AOL over your Comcast connection, right. Like you get on --

Laura: Well only when my kids go on the dial-up method because they want --.

David Lawrence: No they shouldn*t be going on the dial up method.

Laura: I know. I think that*s what I, they wanted to use this for message. So I never cancelled AOL right away. So -

David Lawrence: Its okay you can, here*s the deal. First of all, all you have to do is switch how AOL gets accessed from dialup to TCP/IP and that*s in the front on the very front screen. On the sign on screen there is a little drop down menu for location and it probably says something right now like home.

Laura: Right.
