David Lawrence: Well do own the trademark on the domain name?
Abbas: Well I don*t if she notes on the company name which the domain name is based on, it was just the company name and then .com.
David Lawrence: Right so what you also want to do is you want to do a register trademark on the domain name itself.
Abbas: Oh I can to do that okay.
David Lawrence: Well sure you can, if the government grants it. And then you can always take now you can also go where Google went the story we did at the top of show about Google going after the Typosquatters the ones that register domain names that are close to but not quite Google.com.
Abbas: Yes.
David Lawrence: You can go to the World Intellectual Property Organization that*s based in Geneva. And take them to court. And if they don*t respond as you know spammers usually do, and cybersquatters usually do, you can get a default judgment and it will be taken away from them.
Abbas: Oh okay.
David Lawrence: So you can look that all up go, go to your registrar and ask them what can be done.
Abbas: Okay.
David Lawrence: Alright.
