Cindy: Hi. I have two problems on a computer recently I have updated my virus and I have got Microsoft AntiSpyware, which is a lot more than I use to have actually.

David Lawrence: Right.

Cindy: And there are two things on that that I have scanned time and time again with both and I found--

David Lawrence: Well, wait you said both, both you mean your Antivirus software and AntiSpyware?

Cindy: Well yeah but you know at different time obviously but I have scanned with this before and I can't get rid of two things on their specifically IE Plugin and Aurora, are two things that I deleted parts of Aurora and I think.

David Lawrence: Yeah, don*t do things like that manually let Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad-Aware do that for you.

Cindy: Alright.

David Lawrence: The combination of the three is the key running them as a cocktail is the key, run one right after the other every morning and every night.

Cindy: Okay.

David Lawrence: Once it runs the first time, it will take a little time for it to run through the entire hard drive for the first time. It leaves markers behind as to what it has searched already and what it has cleared so the next time you will run it only take less than a minute, unless your hard drive is just huge and filled. So getting all three is really important and if one doesn*t catch it another one will.
