Rodney: Well I have already bought an harddrive.

David Lawrence: Right so then what I would do is I would go over to Amazon or I will actually put a link up on our website at www.onlinetonight.com for the right, you are using Windows, right?

Rodney: Windows XP right.

David Lawrence: Okay so I will put up or what I will do is I will put up a link for both Windows users and Macintosh users for the latest version of Retrospect. It*s by Dantz Development which is now part of a company called EMC. And I have used their product for 25 years. And I have been extremely happy with it. And I have based my book on them. It really is important to me that people backup properly and this is the software to use so.

Rodney: Okay the Retrospect you can download it or you have to order like on a disk?

David Lawrence: No you can download it. And you can also order it on a disk. There is when you go to buy it you can buy either version. I would suggest that you buy the version that*s in the box. And I will tell you why. Because it comes with a CD that you can boot from that you can then plug that external hard drive in and use the CD and the operating system on the CD to slide all the data back on to your machine very, very quickly. And that*s all, by the way that*s all covered in my book as well over at www.10quicksteps.com.

Rodney: Okay. You know I figured I could learn everything by listening to you on the radio.

David Lawrence: Well you certainly--

Rodney: I guess I missed some.

David Lawrence: Well I mean you know the reason I started writing 10 Quick Steps Guides is because I have a limited time to spend with each one of my callers.

Rodney: Right.
