Dave: Yeah I am network tech in the Bay Area as maybe I want to clarify little a bit. We don't offer DSL through the cable.
David Lawrence: I didn't think so.
Dave: Yeah we use the cable line basically for high speed data. And either you know it*s something with the machine which if there was an in-house check, you should avail, figure that after that, we do carry modems with us, modern modems, the troubleshooting tool you know proof the house and also proofs the network from behind the computer. And if there was an in-house contractor, there was an in-house technician, he should have you know giving some type of, some type of reason why the high speed data wasn*t working from the get-go.
David Lawrence: What I don't understand is why anyone could leave the residences without it being working?
Dave: That's the issue, that's what Fort Myers is up why they would live the residence without either explaining to him you know the house needs this or that or the computers is the issue or the network.
