Garry: Nothing out of the ordinary that I can think of.

David Lawrence: Just what was going on? Were you uninstalling or installing anything?

Garry: No, no. The only thing I did anything different at all I was wondering might possibly would be you know these registry cleaners and--

David Lawrence: Absolutely.

Garry: Window cleaner, WinClean and some of the

David Lawrence: That's absolutely you may have very easily removed the registry entry for the driver for that particular device. So what you should do and this is what you should do whenever something stops working. First thing you should do is reinstall the driver.

Garry: Okay.

David Lawrence: You know check for the obvious stuff. Oh I am out of toner it*s not plugged in.

Garry: I went through the book and everything and kind of looked at the run down through that I didn't see anything that you know anything that was any wrong.

David Lawrence: So go to the website for the printer, download latest drivers so that you have to work with anyway and then install that and see if that fixes things. Be very, very careful when using products that advertise you know that they will help, I am assuming the reason that you were using registry cleaner is because you were having problems with adware?
