David Lawrence: Okay so it sounds like if they came out and they tried to make cable DSL work that it*s not ready for prime time, you know I couldn*t even begin to figure out what would be the problem here. We have, there is so many confusing things. It*s over your cable not your phone line which I suspect. Two guys haven*t been able to make it work, so I wonder what the deal is there. The actual modem they have changed that out and it still doesn't work. And yet you did have DSL service with SPC Yahoo over the phone line. No problem is that right?

Mitch: Yeah.

David Lawrence: Okay well. I would love to sort of follow the story when you do figure it out, when they figure it out. You please give me a call back and let me know I have absolutely no clue what that could possible be. 180039 Online is our telephone number 18003966546, Garry.

Garry: Yeah hi David.

David Lawrence: Hi there.

Garry: My situation is this. I have three computers and I am using one printer, a wireless printer between them. And I was having some problems, I had a tech come in and gave me some help with it and he got it running fine about maybe 3 weeks ago.

David Lawrence: Right.

Garry: Now about two days ago it stopped working and I no longer can print from any of the three computers. And I was wondering if you might know what might cause that all of a sudden without having changed anything in any of the systems and it just stopped printing.

David Lawrence: So what was happening on your machine just prior to this not working?
