Nikki Hemming: We are sorry not Napster. Napster was an entirely different business model.

David Lawrence: Really?

Nikki Hemming: What happened to Napster will not happen to KaZaA.

David Lawrence: You are sure of that?

Nikki Hemming: We are confident of that.

David Lawrence: Positive?

Nikki Hemming: Absolutely confident of that.

David Lawrence: Yeah well I guess you were wrong. Sorry Seven minutes past the hour, my name is David Lawrence thanks for tuning into the show. I appreciate it very much. That was the voice of Nikki Hemming absolutely positive that her future was not in doubt at all. Think about all the money they have made over the years jamming your computers with ad networks and taking advantage of your desire to get something for nothing. And all the while gleefully rubbing their hands together checking their bank balances and knowing full well that it was your own simple greed that led you down the path to destruction. Alright we will get back to the phones here. We were talking with Dan before we went to the break at the top of hour. But by the way my name is David Lawrence the name of the show is Online Tonight. We talk about technology and pop culture here. Dan has a Garmin which is the brand name, a Garmin GPS device and it*s a PDA meaning its Personal Digital Assistant. It*s got more functions than just simply telling you where you are on earth and how you can get from place to place. So and have I described that accurately so far, Dan?

Dan: Very much.

David Lawrence: Okay so what*s the issue? What*s your problem?

Dan: Okay when I, it comes with a CD that includes a very detailed map of North America and you can download different sections into the GPS receiver.

David Lawrence: From the CD, not from the Web right? You are talking about just installing them on the GPS device.

Dan: Correct.

David Lawrence: Okay.

Dan: When I go to, you install them on your computer and then you synchronize that with your, with the GPS device.

David Lawrence: Right through a cradle of some sort, right?
