He recently showed off another side, his blues side during his gig at the Viper Room in Los Angeles recovering from that whole bankruptcy thing. John covered Jimmy Hendricks and others so well that ZZ Top Guitars* Billy Gibbons jumped up on stage to congratulate him. John didn*t even know that Billy was in the audience.

David Lawrence: Instant message that I need to share with you from Daffydd42. I don*t know if that*s Daffydd42. David got to disagree with what you are telling this lady about eBay. When I owe them the money and I know I do they send me reminders that I owe them. Just a simple little E-mail saying that my account is due by such and such date and I should log in and pay it before they charge a late fee. I do believe that there are scammers who send fake E-mails but eBay does send real ones too. Not as of August of last year they don*t because there are so many scammers that took that format and are using it to phish they have stopped sending those, with any sort of amount in them. What they will say is go log into your account but they will not include a link and they do not do their, they don*t conduct their business via E-mail because of the phishing expeditions. And let me go back to Ruby and explain what*s going on here. You haven*t bought anything on eBay.

Ruby: No nothing.

David Lawrence: Never.

Ruby: Never.

David Lawrence: Do you even have an account with eBay?

Ruby: Yes I do or had.

David Lawrence: You had but you don*t now. So here*s what*s going on with you.

Ruby: Okay.

David Lawrence: This is a pretty typical scam that these guys try to do. They try to and they send out millions of these to people they don*t even know. They send them out and they say you owe some minor amount on eBay.

Ruby: Okay.

David Lawrence: Click on this link to log in and pay us or give us your information so we can clear this up or whatever.
