David Lawrence: And I would update I would upgrade that by the way too I would get at least 512 Megs of Ram.
Dave: Okay.
David Lawrence: In your machine if you are running XP you just what you are doing is your boxing XP and it just really can*t run as efficiently unless it has at least half a gigabyte of Ram so I would that. And I am sure your machine can handle it. If it can handle 394 it can handle 512 or 640 so.
Dave: It*s another spotting there.
David Lawrence: I don*t know if it*s I don*t know exactly what your machine has you may have to get rid of the memory you have already got but memory is very cheap. You can put a gig of memory and for less than a 100 bucks. So its certainly good with that and it*s not hard at all to upgrade the hard drive as I just explained to Arnold all you do is get an external drive which you should have any way to back up and the Maxtor One Touch is terrific. I have three of them. Back your machine up using Retrospect all of it. Don*t delete don*t pick and choose the whole thing, alright. Back it up to a 200 gig hard drive you have plenty of room then go get yourself a newer drive an 80 gig drive or whatever have that installed come back and restore all the data right back on. Alright.
Dave: Yeah is it something that I could do that and I know all the.
David Lawrence: You certainly could do it yourself if that*s do you like to do personally I can do it myself and I don*t and here is why. If I screw up I have to go by a new hard drive and do it again or I have to fix my machine or whatever not that I normally screw up but you know things happen. If the store screws up that $39 that you are paying them to install the hard drive is terrific insurance because they have to make it right.
Dave: Is that all is it along 30-40 dollars.
David Lawrence: Yeah.
Dave: Okay.
David Lawrence: Alright.
Dave: Excellent, thank you.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
