David Lawrence: Hey it*s David Lawrence and Bob Parsons who is the President & Founder of Go, who you have been listening to during the show. He asked me to help him get Radio GoDaddy started and to reach out to folks like you because its important to him and to the people who work for the company to have informed and involved customers. You can get all the details on this show at www.RadioGoDaddy.com. But the more you know about the Internet how it effects you how you can succeed by being a part of it, the more likely you are to become a GoDaddy customer that*s all there is to it. Now apart from that I can*t think of any company or chief executive more willing to step up and address contentious and often polarizing issues. Its part of his nature, check out www.bobparsons.com as well as the new site he setup at the www.dangerofnoprivacy.com. I joined with Bob and GoDaddy and urging you to get involved. Think of the Internet as you would your home town or your country. Your voice can help make it the place you want to be. Go to www.GoDaddy.com if you buy anything there use David as you check out go get a dollar off.
David Lawrence: Alright this hours* Book Mark This again another piece of the puzzle when it comes to getting Podcast up and on the air, alright. Last hour we gave you the iRiver 799 key the iFP-799 key that is the iRiver. There are lot of people use including Adam Curry who is considered by many to be the father of Podcasting. And there is a couple of microphones that I have used over the years that really make all the difference in the world. Now the iRiver does not have a powered microphone in jack. There are some devices like the Sony Mini Disc Players and professional devices that have the microphone mini plug in that are actually powered with the couple of microvolts or millivolts at the actual microphone. These two microphones are self powered and they are from Audio-Technica and you can reach them at www.audio-techinca.com. One is the ATR25 which I have been using for over a decade. And it is a beautiful copper moca color aluminum body pencil microphone. It*s probably about little less than a foot long. It unscrews and you slip a double A battery inside, and that powers the microphone. It*s a stereo microphone so it actually picks up the entire room so you have a nice stereo sound field when you record with it. And it*s got a couple of different options for the cord the cable that comes out of the microphone, both of which actually screw into the bottom so they can*t accidentally come out. One is a mini plug that plugs into the iRiver to get your input and then the other is a break out cable that goes to a left and right quarter inch input cable if you use a Mackie console or a Mixing Console that plugs right into the inputs on that. So that*s the pencil mic. It*s got a great spacious air to it. It*s got a very flat response rate. You pick up all the lows, all the highs, you can get right upon the mic and not really destroy the sound is not a lot of puffing going on. It comes with the great windscreen that you can use. That*s the ATR25. And the other one is the ATR35S.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
