Jay: Oh I see.

David Lawrence: But the eMachines are so inexpensive that they don't ship with the physical CD. They ship with that hidden area on the hard drive that they build that CD out of.

Jay: That's what I heard.

David Lawrence: Yeah, does it not show you how to do that in the manual?

Jay: No manual is very, very much simplified. Very few pages, it really does not you know and I tried to read some other books on Windows XP and you know it really does not, I couldn*t find.

David Lawrence: And those books aren*t going address what your machine requires. So that's why I would just call the company and say, hey I just need to, I can*t seem to find this space anymore. I have never used an eMachine or I would walk you through it.

Jay: Right.

David Lawrence: But if you call up eMachines you call up Gateway and ask them for that, they will help you out. It just depends on the model of machine that you have got so, that's the deal. John 180039 Online is our telephone number. You called, how can I help you sir?

John: Hi, I am actually a first time buyer of a laptop and I have got a question. With the new like Centrino Mobile processors and then just regular Pentium processor like what's the difference? Is it like battery life or --?

David Lawrence: Oh its heat. Its heat, its speed, its mostly though, it*s the heat. Because that's the thing that really nails you on Mobile processors is, the faster a chip runs the hotter it*s going to run. And the way they have designed Centrino with WiFi built-in, the way they have designed Pentium M for the mobile stuff with the heat factor sort of reduced. And the ability to trade off running at slower if you wanted to be even cooler, those are the ones that you want to get. Now you said you already bought it so you really don't have a choice right?

John: Oh, no I haven*t bought I am just like--

David Lawrence: Oh you haven*t brought it.

John: Getting different ideas.
