David Lawrence: Oh and it came with McAfee. Okay go ahead.

John: And was very slow all the time and it suddenly used to freeze up and say AOL is not responding. We decided to go with Comcast high speed cable in AOL.

David Lawrence: Okay cool.

John: But it is still going slow. It is faster than it was but it is still going slow.

David Lawrence: What package did you get from Comcast?

John: I am not really sure it just came from just a cable.

David Lawrence: Okay because there is various packages and various speeds that you can get. What you need to do is having send on you know to get you on the phone, have you go through some stuff have you done something as simple as unplugging your cable modem from the wall waiting 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

John: I think my son has done it.

David Lawrence: Yeah let me ask you a question about the use of the computer? Do you know much about how your kids use the computer?

John: Yeah they go on I go on eBay a lot they go on Google a lot.

David Lawrence: Either one of those is something that will slow you down. Anything else they do?

John: Yeah the other thing I have seen recently is when you first turn the computer on they will say insert the disk in the D drive now.

David Lawrence: Right I need to get that question answer though. Anything else the kids do that you know of.

John: I don*t think so.

David Lawrence: They don*t go and download mp3s.

John: What*s mp3 use?

David Lawrence: Music.

John: That*s very possible.

David Lawrence: Yeah that*s exactly, that*s exactly your problem.

John: We have got an iPod for Christmas.
