Johnny: Yeah, I am calling about my computer. I have got a Mac. It*s a eMac and works with OS X 2.8 and I have a problem that started last week. And I can*t get to my desktop. So I am on a screen here blue screen that shows a *c* lower case on my hard drive and also a right arrow and if I click on the right arrow it goes back into the Apple screen and has a little wheel of turns, when you first turn the computer on.

David Lawrence: You are not even booting into the system?

Johnny: No.

David Lawrence: You are sitting there at the log on screen and its not even getting to log screen.

Johnny: No.
