Pear: I would say probably within the last week and a half.

David Lawrence: Did you recently upgrade something in last week and a half?

Pear: Well, I did have Panda Antivirus and it was running fine. It protected me and nothing came across that was damaging. However, I had some difficulty downloading the new upgrade Titanium I believe it was for Panda.

David Lawrence: I am sure, I am sure they two are related. That, that makes it great deal of sense to me. What I would do is I would get with Panda, you can either call their support numbers, send E-mail to support@pandasoft.com or pandasoftware.com. Get with them and say hello to know you are a listener of the show. They love helping listeners of the show. And say this is the problem I am having. I am sure what's going on is Panda is seeing something in one of those pieces of E-mail that you are trying to download that it doesn*t like and its stopping your E-mail from coming down.

Pear: Okay now I since that time I did contact Panda and I was able to download the entire program or the upgrade I should say.

David Lawrence: Have you installed it?

Pear: It is installed on the system and it says everything is working fine. However, I am still having this problem with my Outlook E-mail.

David Lawrence: Right and it could be that the level of protection that you have been set out is so high that it doesn*t want to let HTML E-mail come down.

Pear: So I have to change that security level then?

David Lawrence: Well, that may be yes, I mean that's one of the things but again I would have Panda sort of walk through the process because there may be something more involved here that I am not aware of. Remember Panda is the only company that uses this process called TruPrevent.

Pear: Yes.

David Lawrence: And there maybe something about that E-mail that it doesn*t want to bring down because its behavior is something that it doesn*t like. So I would be very, very careful about that. We will get with Panda and tell them the behavior that you are experiencing and go from there, alright.

Pear: Okay. I appreciate your help.
