David Lawrence: Yeah so.
John: How I get rid of these now?
David Lawrence: So does it tell you which reminder can*t be read? Which reminder isn*t reading properly?
John: I just read everything to you and that*s the problem if I find that I could delete it.
David Lawrence: Okay here is, this is tough because it could be any number of dozens and dozens of entries. And the problem is that Outlook and Yahoo do recurring items slightly different as does Entourage and Yahoo, Entourage and Outlook. Everybody does it a little bit differently. It*s part of the standard that hasn*t quite been worked out yet. In some cases, the appointment is made and then when the appointment is clicked as having been met then it generates the next appointment in the periodicity of its next week or next month or the next Tuesday or the next second Tuesday or whatever. But in the case of others, it gets set up all in advance up to a certain limit. And I wouldn*t know where to begin to help you find this other than to say start looking for stuff that doesn*t look right, that doesn*t look like it*s appropriate, maybe get rid of one or two of your recurring appointments and see if that changes things. If there is one you have said hey give it to me forever. You know I am going to pay that bill every month. And just give it to me in perpetuity maybe that*s a problem. But again it would be a trial and error thing. If I was sitting in front of your machine I am flattered that you think I could do this over the phone but even if I was in front of your machine it would be a hit or miss kind of thing because you are not getting enough information from that error.
John: I do understand that. I was just grabbing it --
David Lawrence: Yeah, no I get it. I wish I can help you but that*s the thing. Don*t go that direction. Once you find it don*t do it again.
John: Thank you very much.
David Lawrence: Okay thanks for the call. I wish I could be of better help. 180039 online especially since you listen to the Podcast 18003966546, Alan you are on Online Tonight with David Lawrence hello.
Alan: Good evening. Well it*s really amazing how much you can learn just listening to all the questions whether they apply to your problem or not.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
