David Lawrence: Live Update actually starts with an *L* I believe if I recall properly. And you might want to also take a look at RegClean to see because RegClean will actually look to see if there is an application associated with a registry entry. If there is then it will ask you if you wanted to remove it.
Charles: Okay.
David Lawrence: So that*s one thing you might look at, just Google RegClean. It*s a Microsoft thing. You will get it from Microsoft site.
Charles: Okay.
David Lawrence: But I wouldn*t worry about it especially if it*s not harming your machine to have it on there. If there is nothing going on that you need to worry about.
Charles: Right, well it seems like it takes a while when I start up before I can really do anything. It seems like it*s loading everything one piece at a time.
David Lawrence: Okay and how long are you saying when you say a while?
Charles: 10 minutes.
David Lawrence: Really? That*s a long time. You are running Titanium I assume from Panda.
Charles: Right.
David Lawrence: Okay so it maybe checking everything. How much RAM do you have on that machine?
Charles: 512.
David Lawrence: 512 okay so that*s a moderate amount. How big is your hard drive?
Charles: 40 gig.
David Lawrence: Do you have it set to scan all files on startup?
Charles: I think I do.
David Lawrence: So that may be it.
Charles: Okay.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
