Mardy: Hi David just to give you an idea I am running a Win2k server and I am running Sonic wall and
David Lawrence: What is SonicWALL?
Martin: SonicWALL is the firewall.
David Lawrence: I am not familiar with it.
Martin: Oh okay, I am sorry.
David Lawrence: I mean I know Zone Alarm and that*s it.
Martin: Okay, okay because what happen is SonicWALL has a log file that it keeps on the main drive on the C drive. And I only have 8 gig partition on my C drive, where the system files are. And this thing keeps plugging up you know it gets over 2 gig, it takes over 2 gig and I don*t know how to back it from doing that.
David Lawrence: When you open up the SonicWALL preferences is there a way to redirect it to one of you other partitions or one of your other drives?
Martin: Not that I have been able to find yet.
David Lawrence: Then I don*t think there is anything you had to do for you I have never used it before. I would definitely find out if there is a way you can do that. Go into preferences go under logs, see if there is a way to reset the path of where you want that log to be written I can*t imagine that they lock you in to doing that because a lot of people you know partition of a smaller boot drive on this sorts of things.
Martin: Right, right you know.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
