Media Player videos and they are in player 10 mode which you know means it can use a different way of encoding the file and stuff. They are supposed to backwards compatible but they are not. And so if you can upgrade to Windows Media Player 10 try that, otherwise it*s just simply a matter of the fact that you have older hardware. And if you were to take that, take the CD to a computer store. And put it in any of the machines that have current DVD, CD players in them and see if they work fine, often they won't. Because the players have been upgraded to Windows Media Player 10 or because the hardware just doesn*t handle it. But newer players are designed to do it. And of course the record companies are one of those types of companies that are constantly using the latest technology. So if you don*t have the latest players, if you don*t have the latest technology, there is a chance it won't work out well for you.
Robert: Okay.
David Lawrence: Alright.
Robert: Well as you said I can play a CD but I can't play the music video part of that.
David Lawrence: That*s what I understand, and because they are not in sync with each other. Playing a CD is actually very easy to do because it*s just streaming data off of the CD and converting it to sound. But there is much more bandwidth involved, much more programming involved in keeping the audio and the video paired up and so Windows Media Player 10 maybe what they are looking for on that particular disc, okay.
Robert: Okay.
David Lawrence: I appreciate the call and I thank you very much, here*s our toll free number 180039 online 18003966546 that gives me, oh well I had an open line. Doug you are Online Tonight with David Lawrence, hello.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
