Sidney: Sure.
David Lawrence: So that doesn*t mean it*s the most effective. And you are asking me, so I am going to tell you what*s the most effective.
Sidney: Sure I will take your recommendation.
David Lawrence: I would get Adaware, Spybot Search & Destroy and I would get Microsoft AntiSpyWare. And if you send me an E-mail at david@onlinetonight.com or lawrence@aol.com I will respond back to you with an auto-response that actually says here are the links, here*s where to find them, run them all at the same time. And then in terms of Antivirus software again they probably give you a starter subscription to something but it's going to run out eventually and I recommend Panda Antivirus Software. And that just not for you anybody that needs this david@onlinetonight.com, Lawrence@aol.com any you know just send me an E-mail let me know in the subject line which you are looking for. And I will pop you back a very flowery note that tells you everything you need to know. But I would definitely run those pieces of software and see if that makes a difference. I really do think that your one limiting factor is how much RAM you are having in your machine.
Sidney: Definitely and I will definitely upgrade that. Now I have a laptop that I use as wireless which is XP Professional and I use the same but you know according to SBC I have never had any problems with that laptop. And but it's a little newer than the desktop that you are speaking out.
David Lawrence: Yeah it really doesn*t matter whether it's, I mean you know certainly XP Professional have some security issues features associated whether it makes it a finer amount of control. But it does not mean that you are any less or any more at risk. Now if you are running a firewall on that machine and also this E-mail that shows you what Antivirus Software and what Firewall I recommend which is ZoneAlarm. If you are running that that even protects you further so once again your machine cleaned up and you run the things that we recommend you should be just fine until some smart virus writer out there obviates all those tools and that will happen one of these days. But in the mean time that*s how I would keep you safe.
Sidney: Ok great thank you very much.
David Lawrence: I appreciate the call 180039 Online is our telephone number 18003966546 instant message from SunnyT can I get and listen to the David Lawrence Show Online Tonight personal Netcast Podcast on Treo or any smart device? Absolutely you do that by setting up a watch folder and with your aggregation software your iPod or whatever you tell it what watch folder it is and usually that*s little SD card that*s slips into the slot of your Treo once that gets into your card reader that becomes a watch folder and all your Podcast gets transferred over there, they are just mp3 files, so it works just fine, back in a moment.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
