David Lawrence: If I need to keep you on hold I put you on hold, don*t worry about that.
Sydney: Okay perfect. Now initially I think we got a plug-in kind of virus and this started, this process and we are trying to get rid of it. And that*s when it*s all started but prior to that it works fine. I mean I could do anything on the computer. So I don*t know if it really fixes the problem.
David Lawrence: No it definitely is the problem. Now you should also be cleaning your machine but we will talk about that when we come back, alright. Hold on.
Sydney: Okay, okay.
David Lawrence: Alright we will take a break and comeback, we will see if we can help Sydney out. Then we will talk to Charles and we will talk to John and we will talk to Allen and maybe you at 180039 online. Jot that number down and use it, it is Online Tonight.
David Lawrence: Alright this hour*s Bookmark This, we are talking about blogging options. Last hour we talked about TypePad and this hour we are talking about www.blogger.com as well as ODEO these are two services that you can use if you want to Podcast. Blogger helps you do blog entries but you have, very similar to TypePad, the whole so and so *.blogger.com* and then ODEO is Podcast in particular, for Podcast in particular. You can setup feeds there. www.feedburner.com is another great place to setup feeds. So www.odeo.com, www.feedburner.com and www.blogger.com these are all websites you should go and explore if you want to get involved in the Podcasting side of things. As you know we are all very excited because Maria Langer who writes just the most incredibly easy to read and informative guides the Visual QuickStart Guides for Peachpit Press for all the things that are Macintosh Word and PowerPoint, and PageMaker and Photoshop and all that InDesign. She does all this Visual QuickStart Guides Excel, Word. She has done one on Podcasting it's called Maria's Guide to Publishing an iTunes-Compatible Podcast. So it's basically using iTunes, using the iPod if you have got it, using tools on your Macintosh to both receive and to create and send Podcast. So if you just want to listen to Podcast you search how to do that. If you want to jump into creating Podcast like we do on the show, she shows you how to do that as well. 74 pages costs you $9.95 and it's available right now at www.10quicksteps.com that*s www.10quicksteps.com. It's the very first new item on the front page of the site, www.10quicksteps.com. 8 minutes before the hour.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
