David Lawrence: Okay let me tell you what you should be running. I don*t know what you are running now. A lot of people promote some commercial products. I never ever promote commercial products in this area, just in this area. Antivirus yes we love Panda and their TruPrevent technology is brilliant. But the three pieces and if you want to when you get to wherever you are going send me a piece of Email I will actually send you back a fairly lengthy auto response that shows you where the links are for this, how to use them and to use them in combination with each other. And anybody else is listening who wants to figure out how to get rid of Adware and Spyware and Malware on their computer this is the cocktail that works best and this is tested at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champagne. You know it is about the best possible way to deal with this plague that is on a lot of people*s computers, the Spyware and Adware plague. So here are the 3 that I recommend. First of all Adaware, secondly Spybot Search & Destroy and then third Microsoft, are you running XP?

David Lawrence: Okay so for XP users XP is compatible with this Microsoft Anti Spyware and you can find that at the Microsoft site. You can find Spybot Search & Destroy at www.security.info and you can find Adaware at www.lavasoftusa.com. And again if you send me Email lawrence@aol.com or david@onlinetonight.com I will be more than happy to pop you back an Email that says okay thanks here are the 3 that I recommend. By the way here is Panda*s link. These are the things that I recommend to keep your computer safe. I do not recommend things like Spy Sweeper and Spyware Saver and just figure any combination because a lot of those pieces of software actually make the problem worse. They are Spyware in disguise especially ones that are advertised via pop-up ads. It*s like, it would be like killing somebody and then saying to their relatives hey you should try this gun I used. It*s really good. It*s really effective. You know you are getting an ad for a product that*s supposed to get rid of those ads. Now I am not talking about popup ads at sites that are free like Yahoo and CNET and places like that where popup advertising is part of what you pay in terms of attention for them to do all the wonderful things that they do for you for free. I am talking about those pieces of software that infect your machine like Winfixer, like Aurora, like Cool Search like literally thousands and thousands of pieces of software that these companies have to try and keep up with. So that*s what I recommend and only those, alright, hello.

Its really important if your machine is running slowly, if your machine is running in fits and starts, maybe it fails, it just freezes up on you and you have to reboot there*s a very good chance that your machine has been corrupted with Adware, with Spyware perhaps viruses backdoor that*s been created as a Zombie you would never know it. All you know is your machine is running slower than it really should slow as molasses in many cases. So pop me a piece of Email.
