David Lawrence: I appreciate the call, 180039 online is our telephone number 18003966546. I apologize my throat I was on a plane today for 4 hours. Have you been on a plane where there is like inordinately large number of children. I mean the noise factor aside I mean I understand kids don*t fly well. But when the kids are sniffling and the kids are maybe have an infection and ear infection that makes flying even worst. Well its going to make your life worst too because of all that air recirculation the technology that they use to recirculate the air inside the plane. Its like you are asking to get sick you just are when you fly and I think that maybe happening to me so I apologize. 18 before the hour my name is David Lawrence 180039 online that*s our telephone 18003966546. We will get to Lisa in just a second just to be clear two separate answers to two separate questions. First question my Windows 98 SE wont shut down what can I do about it, you can send me a piece of E-mail and I will give you the URL for how to do that it*s a Microsoft knowledge based article. Its kind of hard to find which is why I put in auto response and then the second one is hey I have got more than 64 megs RAM with Windows 98 SE. But it doesn*t seem like my machine is going any faster than it was when I had 64 Megs RAM. There is again a known bug in Windows 98 SE. Where if you don*t make a change to how you use your swap file in 98 SE than you wont recognize any RAM above 64 mega bytes and if you send me a piece of E-mail and somewhere in the subject line either put tell me about shutting down 98 SE or tell me about shutting down or tell me about how to recognize more RAM in 64 megs in 98 SE. And by the way you can only recognize 256 Megs of RAM total in Windows 98 SE no more and if its less than that that*s fine but if its more than 64 Megs you got to make this change either one of those in individual E-mails to david@onlinetonight.com and I will fix you right up 1800 here we go with the instant messages. Take air borne and right away I got earlier today I talked to my mom she is moving to Florida and she said make sure you take a number of Vitamin C tables before you do anything so everybody is coming with the solutions here. Lets go to Lisa maybe Lisa has a solution for me hi Lisa.
Lisa: Hi how are you?
David Lawrence: I am fine anything I should do about this flight thing?
Lisa: I don*t know.
David Lawrence: Alright. How can I help you?
Lisa: I have got my computer is so slow and desktop. And I am trying to do everything I can in my power add and delete programs. I did a disk defrag I have done a clean up and I am having a really hard time like a certain program like with perfect is not coming up like on queue. It takes anywhere between 10 and 15 minutes so that program set that come up on my desktop.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
