Neil: And I have NetZero and Outlook Express in NetZero when I don*t know what happens but it flush out all of my messages that goes into my Outlook Express and it stuck from July 9th or something like that and it doesn*t work anymore, so I am wondering.

David Lawrence: So you can get your E-mail via the NetZero website, you just can*t get it via Outlook Express right?

Neil: That*s right. It doesn*t go into Outlook.

David Lawrence: So there is a couple of things and again it*s Outlook Express not Outlook there is two different programs there so just well I want to make sure that you are actually talking about Outlook Express right?

Neil: Yes it is.

David Lawrence: Okay good okay, so there are couples of things that could be going on here first of all have to talked to NetZero what all to see if they have changed, how they deliver mail?

Neil: No I haven*t.

David Lawrence: So you called me first. Well I am flattered but here is a call you should make and that*s to NetZero. They may have change something about their system this is one possibility, they may have changed something about how their mailboxes interact with Outlook Express and all it might take is changing some setting, which they can walk you through. Another thing that might be is one of the E-mail messages inside your NetZero mailbox maybe corrupted, maybe damaged, maybe malformed. And so when that happens, the format that Outlook Express expects the mail to be in so that it can get it very quickly you know how it comes in real fast. It might be going oh what*s this? I don*t even know what this is, there must not be anymore E-mail in here because I am encountering junk that happens every so often to me on my servers. Every so often a piece of E-mail comes in that a spammer has made wrong so it stops things from coming in and I will go in the end and remove it and again NetZero can go in and look and see if that*s the case so my admonition to you is probably not a big deal call NetZero and find out if they can walk you through fixing this, back in a moment.
