David Lawrence: Well you can*t, if you do Safe Mode you can*t use that particular panel because it won*t load.

Bill: Add/Remove I did. it*s Windows 2000. I removed another program in Safe Mode.

David Lawrence: So but not in this one because it doesn*t load the software so it doesn*t know to remove it. You see what I am saying? You may have removed a system level piece of software but if the actual software itself doesn*t make itself aware to the system which it won*t in Safe Mode, there is a very good chance that you won*t be able to remove it. But you have booted properly, right not in Safe Mode but in Full Mode and you still can*t remove it.

Bill: I will try that but if none of the Norton*s stuff works I am sort of resolved.

David Lawrence: I am not sure what you mean by Norton.

Bill: You go to the Norton Antivirus website and you find, when you do the scan you find the particular Adware, Adware.SahaAgent and it gives you instructions on how to get rid of it.

David Lawrence: And you followed those instructions and it hasn*t worked?

Bill: Yes, yes exactly and then there was another one Medload and another one that came up.

David Lawrence: So do you have AntiSpyware software running on your machine?

Bill: No I don*t.

David Lawrence: Okay so usually it takes about this long for somebody to call up with the very first AntiSpyware question. But there are 3 pieces of software I would like you to try and you don*t have to worry about writing all these down. All you have to do is write down my Email address, send me an Email and I have an auto responder that I will respond back with the 3 pieces of software and the URLs where you can find them. And they are all free.

Bill: Okay now if I am sort of resolved to wiping the drive and installing everything again.

David Lawrence: Yeah don*t do that not until you run these 3 pieces of AntiSpyware.

Bill: Okay if they don*t, if I run these 3 pieces and it doesn*t work and I wipe the drive and start again, I have got a question. There are some files that I have on a Thumb drive, a Flash drive okay that were modified on that system after I had the problem.
