Joan: And what has happened is with the Microsoft lead program immediately got a message saying that it had to have at least 256 color bits and 800x600 pixels to run. When we went into the system we find we have 16 the color bits and lots of less pixels.
David Lawrence: No that*s not true, that*s just what it said at.
Joan: Well you know when we --
David Lawrence: You can change it.
Joan: --tried to Increase the setting up to 256 and the 800x600.
David Lawrence: No, no 16 you were at 16 million you have to go down to 256 not up. You weren*t running your computer at 16 colors your computer would look like an old workstation from the 80s if you did. So when you saw 16.
Joan: That was set on the screen.
David Lawrence: Right I understand that. And that maybe that may have been because Microsoft Money had altered something and something got broken. But usually when people are running their machines at these days is either 64,000 colors or 16 million colors. And they are running them at a minimum of 800x600 not anything lower than that. If you were lower than that you would be at 640x480 and again you would look like a Windows box from 1989.
Joan: Yeah well that*s what it says, we have.
David Lawrence: Yeah but that*s not it's not.
Joan: And we tried to raise the setting.
David Lawrence: It's not telling you the truth to begin with. So raising the settings is probably not going to be affective. So have you restarted the machine?
Joan: A million times.
David Lawrence: Yeah.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
