Jesse: I have given it, it's actually doing it right now and it's not showing anything at this point.
David Lawrence: So it may be scanning the disk. Is the disk making noises? Is the hard drive light flashing?
Jesse: No it does flash for a little bit and then it just goes off and then blank screen.
David Lawrence: Okay I am going to, I don*t know that's my answer. I don*t know. I would take it in and have somebody take a look at it. That would be my next step anyway because you have done all the things that you are supposed to do so feel good about that.
Jesse: Okay we will call thank you so much.
David Lawrence: I appreciate it. Bob can I help you real quick?
Bob: Yes sir. When I am on the Internet and have some written material and I would like to print it out so I can read it again later, words on the right are not printed.
David Lawrence: Okay I know how to fix this. In your page setup there is a checkbox that says fit to page. Okay?
Bob: Page, whether I go first to setup?
David Lawrence: Yeah your page setup and choose fit to page.
Bob: Yeah.
David Lawrence: And what that will do is shrink it down a little bit so that it all fits on the page the way you want it to. That way you won*t have those things cut off on the right hand side. It's under print or page setup, then go ahead and print normally. There you go back in a moment, get the Podcast.
