David Lawrence: So I don*t know what brand did you buy?
Rod: Western Digital.
David Lawrence: And is the Western Digital driver Mac-compatible.
Rod: It did not come with any --
David Lawrence: Yeah see, it will, if it's Mac compatible there will be a driver and you will have to install. So at this point you either go to the Western Digital website and see if there is a Mac OS 10 driver that*s compatible. Again if you have got a G5, it probably has Jaguar or Tiger on it right.
Rob: It is G4 yeah.
David Lawrence: Oh it's G4.
Rob: Yeah.
David Lawrence: So what do you have on their?
Rob: A Jaguar 10.2
David Lawrence: Okay, so you have 10.2.8. If you have Jaguar yeah Panther is 10.3 and Tiger is 10.4. Okay so you need to go to either the Western Digital site. We actually use to have somebody who worked at Western Digital and isn*t with them any more. They use to listen to us all the time on WGN. They had an office in Chicago. If George is listening maybe you will call in and let us know but you got to make sure you have the right drivers and certainly if you take the machine to a store and have them install it. They will make sure the drivers are there but it*s www.westerndigital.com to search for those drivers okay.
