David Lawrence: Thank you so much for tuning into the show, I appreciate it very much. This is the radio show where we talk about computers, online services, the Internet. We talk about Macintosh PC. We talk about websites, popup ads, spam, mobile phones, iPods, Podcasting. You name the buzzword, we talk about it here on the show. We help you use your computer better, use the Internet better. We help you decide what to do about new pieces of software and hardware that maybe on the market. How to prevent yourself from being taking advantage off by people who would like to use technology to harm you in anyway? We do all that here on this show and the easiest way to get in touch with me is to pick up your phone and call me. Our toll free telephone number is 180039 Online that*s 18003966546. My name is David Lawrence and I thank you for tuning into this show. You can also pop me an instant message that*s easy to do, all you do you use AOL or use AOL Instant Messenger or ICQ or iChat if you have got a Macintosh or when you hear this sound and all of you know you can use Lawrence, my last name Lawrence@aol.com if you need to on ICQ or on iChat, use instant messages for real quick short questions. If you type and it's longer than a screenful that*s a good indication that you should call in because probably we need to explain something or we can have a conversation about what your issue is? E-mail same thing Lawrence@aol.com or you can use my pop account which is david@onlinetonight.com. You can also go to that website www.onlinetonight.com, we will put show notes up as to what we talk about here on the air, things we recommend, things we recommend you stay away from, things we talk about in terms of solutions or suggestions or options. We will put those in the show notes including links to find further information on it. We do something during the course of the hour called Geek Speak that*s coming up here in about 10 minutes. We take a tech term and turn it into plain English. Also Bookmark This, we give you really cool site you might want to check out. But mostly it's you calling in and asking questions making comments and a sort of discussing what technology is doing to your life? If it's pop culture, if it's technology, it's here on the show on Online Tonight. 180039 Online that*s our telephone number 18003966546. Now usually you know we will be talking about the fact that Apple is switching to Intel or we will be talking about the fact that the new version of iTunes is going to be Podcast Aware but sometimes technology isn*t necessarily the PC that*s sitting in front of you or the cell phone that has a PDA and that you carried your work sometimes the matter of life and death. And for those of you that have been listening the show for a while you know that last fall I got diagnose with diabetes, type 2 diabetes, which is actually being rescheduled oddly enough as insulin resistance. It's really weird. They are not even calling it type 2 diabetes in my case anymore because we are controlling it with diet and with exercise. And I use a OneTouch Ultra Meter
