wasn*t cooling anything. So he replaced that and I had to pick it up this morning. So I went to pick up the car 9 o*clock wanted to get on the road to get down to Hollywood to the Sam Ash Store. Lily was so kind yesterday. She actually searched for the device that I needed and she found it at a Sam Ash Store. The Sam Ash website says Store opens at 10, doesn*t open at 10, opens at 11 across the street from the Sam Ash Music Store is the Guitar Center Store and the world famous Rock Walk. And so I went over there to see if they had what I was looking for. They tried to show me something else. By the time they were then trying to show me something else it was 11 o*clock. I had to get to an audition. It was a long day but it all worked out in the end. About a week ago I was booked hired to be the voice of a Podcast and I do this for a lot of different clients. I will take your company*s message or your organization*s message and I will voice it for you, much like I do the radio show or the Podcast that you listen to, the Net Music Countdown Podcast or the Personal Netcast Podcast and I have a website called www.podcastdesign.com which shows you different things that we do, that my little group of people do and on, usually the voice talent that handles it. So one of the requirements of doing this gig, of doing the daily gig, the daily Podcast for synopsis which is a daily summary of all of the trade magazines and the trade sources that Cynthia Turner who lives up in Connecticut puts together first thing in the morning. She gets up really early like I don*t know 1 o*clock in the morning her time and starts to put all these stuff together. It*s a daily thing and she wanted to do a Podcast version of it and she had some auditions and I was the one selected to do it. But the requirement was I had to do it whether on, in my studio or traveling or what. So I had to make that happen and I will tell you what I went for when we come back.

David Lawrence: Billy Joe Armstrong sat down with fans for a live discussion in New York this weekend, sponsored by the New York Times and their Arts and Leisure section it was called Walking a Contradiction. The event was moderated by John Pareles, he writes for the Times. Boulevard of Broken Dreams this is Green Day at #9 this week on the Net Music Countdown.

David Lawrence: Making their debut on these eTracks chart #9 on the Net Music Countdown, Green Day, Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

David Lawrence: Thank you so much for tuning into the show. I appreciate it very much. The reason I am sort of relaying this whole story about the Podcasting system is just because a lot of people have asked me to help them Podcast started, they have been fans of either the Personal Netcast Podcast or of the Net Music Countdown Podcast or Radio GoDaddy. And people often ask me hey David Lawrence what kind of, because that*s my name, what kind of equipment do you use to do your Podcast. And in the studio here I have a Crown CM312 microphone connected to a Symmetrix 528E preamp which is then running to the Logitech audio engine that we use that controls the entire sound of the show. When I do the Net Music Countdown Podcast I use a Neumann TLM103 that is running to an older focus right green box which is a, just a great device. And so you know I have really, really good
