David Lawrence: No, no, no I don*t mean what*s the content, I mean what*s the format, what is--?

Scott: The format is either an MPEG or let me look and see what all the formats are. There are two different formats that I use AVI and MPEG.

David Lawrence: So AVI should be native. AVI you should be able to bring in and have no problem whatsoever with it.

Scott: Yeah I can run some of those only make sure I can. Yeah those run with, those do but the MPEG*s don*t.

David Lawrence: Yeah so what I would do is, I would head this off at the pass. I would just convert the MPEGs to AVIs and you can*

Scott: Okay and some of those are huge.

David Lawrence: Well they are huge. But you are having a problem playing it back I am trying to solve the issue.

Scott: Right okay.

David Lawrence: If you are not able to do this and its effecting your work let*s start with this and then on the back end let*s figure out why your machine isn*t able to decode MPEGs.

Scott: Okay.

David Lawrence: I am not sure, are you running XP?

Scott: XP Pro.

David Lawrence: Yeah.

Scott: Okay.

David Lawrence: So I am not sure if you shouldn*t upgrade Office because Office 2003 is not the latest version obviously of Office. The newest version of office runs MPEGs flawlessly as far as I know.

Scott: Okay.
