And that is you don*t act if you don*t go to this particular link then they are going to shut your account down and you don*t want that, so do it as soon as possible. And all that*s going on here is that they have made it look very authentic. But when you go to the particular link that they have in the E-mail there it goes to a site that looks very authentic, but in fact is there to capture any information that you give it and use it for and nefarious purposes as described by Paul. What he is talking about is doing a show like this is sometimes walking a tight rope especially for people who are very into technology and very into letting other people just how little they know and how much they know, how much the individual knows. Making himselves feel better by telling somebody else how bad they handled something. And there are times on this show when a caller will call up and while I am listening to them describe their problem; I am also listening to their apparent level of expertise. And instead of telling a grandmother how is not adapt at using America Online especially, let alone Windows instead of telling them switch from Windows to Linux, I will say hey there is this thing called SeniorNet and you can join SeniorNet and they will tell you at their user group meetings how to do this stuff better. Or if they have a problem with their computers same situation, I won't tell them to take their computer apart and put in a new hard drive. I will tell them take it down to
