talking about those things as well. And big news this week of course eBay bought Skype I don*t get it but eBay says they need Skype to continue their march towards world domination. I don*t buy that I think that eBay and other large internet companies are seeing Google become as hegemonies as Microsoft is not that that*s a bad idea. You know I would like big huge dominating companies they make me feel comfortable. But they look at this and they say hey you know there is an issue here. We are going to get Skype before somebody you know gets them gobbled up. And then they come up with sort of an after effect yeah that*s were auctions are going. I am sure I buy that. I think this would just a purchase on their part before somebody else did. So we can talk about that if you want 180039 Online 18003966546 if you want to talk about how your PC works, how your Macintosh works? How anything having to do with your technology works? That*s the number to call 180039 Online 18003966546. It's 11 minutes past the hour couple of other things going on in the news the whole business of micro payments is now extending beyond the Bitpasses and the pepper coins of the world PayPal making noise about micro payments. Got to have 2 separate accounts if you are going to go and have a micro payment set up over at PayPal. The details are available over at the PayPal site if you were notified via E-mail. This was actually one of those E-mails it looked like it came from PayPal. And it actually did come from PayPal which is kind of interesting. So we will talk about that the Xbox 360 is set to launch in the US. And as you know I am in the midst of developing for THQ the audio for one of their games, one of the Xbox 360 games so we are really excited about the news as the Xbox 360 launch gets closer and closer. We can talk about gaming in computers for gaming and Xbox 360 and other sort of you know platforms for gaming we can talk about that if you want. The New York Times has decided it's going to start charging for access to it's big name columnist you no longer going to be able to go to www.NYTimes.com and get the columnists for free Maureen Dowd, Frank Rich used to do their movie reviews and their stage reviews he is now a columnist. And Thomas Friedman they are going to start charging for it. If you can if you are willing to pay 50 bucks a year then now let you see it otherwise you got it by the paper. So lots of interesting things going on here is how to get in touch with me you can call me on the phone we do have an open line at 180039 Online. 18003966546 you can send me Instant Messages we love those Instant Messages whether you are on America Online AOL, AOL Instant Messenger whether you are on ICQ or iChat or the new GTalk from Google because they are hooked into the AOL system as well. Screen name is Lawrence you may need lawrence@aol.com to get the full thing out. So that*s the deal. Also you can send me E-mail the E-mail address is david@onlinetonight.com that*s david@onlinetonight.com or you can send it to Lawrence@aol.com but truly the best way to get in touch is via the phones. 180039 Online it*s easy to remember because it rhymes 18003966546.
