This is not an account on ISP. This is actually within Windows XP. So the question she has is, is there a way to run that I can run these three Anti-Spyware programs that I recommend so that all accounts are protected without going into each person*s account and running the programs separately. Sure. Just install it under the admin account and make it available to everybody. Make it available to all and then it will protect everybody. So that*s easily done and we shift off the requirements for you for both Anti Spyware and Anti virus. 24 before the hour let*s go to Allen. Allen you are Online Tonight with David Lawrence Hello.

Allen: Good evening David.

David Lawrence: Hi there.

Allen: I have a Compaq computer and when I go to boot it up what happens is I get a running error message that comes up and it says to, what is it. A runner file named Compaq connection lacks then in quotation marks a hyphen or a dash and the App ID separators that says everything comes up alright and it runs, the computer seems to run okay. I just want to see if its going to further down the line cause me problems.

David Lawrence: Did you have any sort of like online testing or support with Compaq at any point in time where they got on to your computer over the Internet to try and help fix something?

Allen: No, not with compact with AOL.

David Lawrence: So this maybe what*s going on because when they do that sort of thing they use this connection .exe application to do that. So you might get on the phone with Compaq and see if there is something that you need to fix after this incident with AOL because they may have used that particular application to do. Usually they will use, HP has their own application. Compaq has their own application. Gateway does and so on. And now so it is AOL. They will get on there and they will help you out that way too. But I would call Compaq up and I would ask them what they think about that. Brian you are Online Tonight with David Lawrence at 180039 online hello sir.

Brian: Hey how are you doing David? Thanks for taking my call. This is first time I have called you guys, this is nice talk show you have.

David Lawrence: Well everybody here thinks it*s just great that you called.

Brian: Alright. I have a Windows 98 computer a Lingo book and I am having a problem installing it SP1 Updates or Service Pack 1.

David Lawrence: Wait a minute hold on. There is no Service Pack 1 for Windows 98 SE. Might that be your problem?

Brian: Office 2000 I am running Office 2000 on that Windows machine.

David Lawrence: Okay Office 2000 is not recommended for 98 SE but okay go ahead.

Brian: Okay.

David Lawrence: So I have got couple of things you might want to work on.

Brian: I think that it did a good job of, it's, 2000 has just everything I need so far except when it comes to let me install Service Pack 1*problem because I don*t have the CDs.

David Lawrence: And you shouldn*t have to. So I wouldn*t worry about it. Jerry you are Online Tonight with David Lawrence hello.
