Devin: So if I go, if I were to restore, needing to restore this then it would be okay if that has errors on it?

David Lawrence: Yes as I said usually the errors are naturally caused by files changing during the backup process. So what will happen is you may miss those last few pieces of E-mail. But most likely they will still be on you server anyway. So you will be able to pick them up. Believe me it*s no big deal to worry about unless there is a problem with the Maxtor OneTouch that you are backing up to or with the hard drive itself. Dave: I have got a Dell 3.2 running XP. My problem is when I open up my control panel anything I do to it, it says not responding. And I can't do anything in the control panel.

David Lawrence: Not responding. Now I have never seen that behavior. So I really don*t know what the answer is. It maybe that you have permissions on one particular user that you don*t have for others. You have multiple users* setup on your XP Pro?

Dave: I do but I am the one that controls everything you know.

David Lawrence: I understand that. I am just saying is it happening on users* that don*t have full admin capabilities and may you possibly have shut down certain functions on certain users?

Dave: No I haven't.

David Lawrence: Alright well I don*t know. So let me do this. Let me ask people out there if they have a particular solution to pick up the phone and give us a buzz at 180039 online. Dave*s control panel says, now this is a popup that says not responding.

Dave: No it*s just when I go in and I want to do something in the control panel it freezes for a while and then it finally comes, on the very top it says not responding. And I got to click ----

David Lawrence: I got you, you know.

Dave: It goes back to my desktop and that*s it.

David Lawrence: Okay let me ---

David Lawrence: I run Spyware and I run Antivirus to make sure I didn*t have any problems like that.

David Lawrence: Alright let me ask people to help out. Let*s see what happens, alright?
