David Lawrence: Alright it is seven minutes past the hour. My name is David Lawrence. Jot these numbers down, 180039 online, 18003966546. It*s great to put it on little sticky note or in a text file that appears on your desktop or just a folder on your desktop and on the weekends when you have questions pick up the phone give me a buzz. All lines are filled right now but we will take care of that. We will get some stuff in there for you. We will get you the ability to come in and call the show. 180039 online, I had told Jesse we would be talking at the top of the hour and we will. But he wasn*t first. He was just first from left to right after Bob had headed out. Let*s go to Matthew. 180039 online, Matthew you are online tonight with David Lawrence, hello.

Matthew: How are you majesty?

David Lawrence: Thank you for referring to me as such. How can I help you sir?

Matthew: Well first up I want you to know I am computer illiterate.

David Lawrence: Okay that*s not something you will be wearing as a badge of honor my friend.

Matthew: Well I am just being truthful.

David Lawrence: Alright so how can I help you?

Matthew: I had HP Pavilion. I purchased it about 18 months ago.

David Lawrence: Alright.

Matthew: And in these 18 months it*s crashed on me three different times where it*s just totally locked up and I couldn*t access it. I had to send it in under the warranty to have it fixed and each time they send it back saying that it*s fixed and it*s just been such a frustrating experience. I would want to get your opinion on where I should proceed with this. I just received a postcard from HP saying that there was a class action law suit regarding this computer.

David Lawrence: Okay.

Matthew: And evidently the software is a problem on the computer.

David Lawrence: Okay.

Matthew: They don*t exactly tell on the card what the remedy is going to be. But it says that they are going to have a remedy for it. My problem is that I use the computer in my business. I am a truck driver and so I use it in my business and I also rely on it to, I do a lot of riding and I rely on it for that. I want to ask you do you think I could put a new operating system on this computer and start from scratch.
