Mike: No, no there is not an issue. The call, she says it dropped and it didn*t drop okay. I was hanging on I went through two commercials you talked to one guy before me and then I am still I got the signal and then.

David Lawrence: Are you on a cell phone?

Mike: Yeah I am on a cell phone.

David Lawrence: I mean are you saying that Lily picked it up and dropped you?

Mike: No, no I am not saying she did, okay. The technology probably dropped it I am not saying that she did it.

Ms. Lily Von Schtupp: Sir you told me point blank that I hung up on you.

Mike: I did not say I said I was online and then the line was dead. I didn*t talk to you the second time, okay. So I can*t say that you hung up on me.

David Lawrence: Okay but she seems to think that that*s what you are implying.

Mike: No, no I am not implying that.

David Lawrence: Let me just be very, let me be very clear about something. We want to talk to everybody.

Mike: I know that.

David Lawrence: But, you know with cell calls in particular it*s hard sometimes as people*

Mike: I understand yes I understand.

David Lawrence: Okay let me finish for all the rest of the people who don*t understand.

David Lawrence: When you call up with a cell you move from cell to cell sometimes it takes a while for me to answer certain questions from people. And but there is never a time when Lily says, she doesn*t want you on the air.

Mike: No, no I did not imply that she dropped me because or she hung up on me. No, that*s not what I was implying. I got to my garage I have been you know I am only on one cell here I am in Chicago, okay. But it*s not like I am driving through several cells I am driving from one to another, yes I am doing that. And it*s, you know 11 o*clock at night or 11:30 at night there is no way that the cell gets locked because I am within the same cell to talk with. So something happened technology wise between you and I and I am not saying that she hung up on me no, I am not saying that at all.
