David Lawrence: No not at all and in fact if you get a Mac and you don*t have the software available for BNB and there is somebody that you know that develops some FileMaker Pro.
Joe: Right.
David Lawrence: It's not a hard thing to do.
Joe: Well that*s the other thing we considered is just in making our own database in FileMaker Pro and just that we can tailor exactly to what we need.
David Lawrence: Right.
Joe: But that*s a lot of wavering so I think we need not.
David Lawrence: So I would look around there is also got to be some user groups in BNB associations or whatever and they probably have a beat on what software is available out there. Is there an association?
Joe: You know we are kind of just getting into this so I got to do a little more investigating.
David Lawrence: I think no matter what business here in there is going to be a user group kind of thing. If you are a plumber you have got a union. They will tell you what the great tool places are *
Joe: Right.
David Lawrence: And if you are a BNB place then I am sure there is a convention that*s held yearly that tells you all the cool things you can get for BNBs and new muffing recipes. But I am sure that the software is out there and other people are using and they can tell you what*s good and what isn*t.
Joe: Yeah actually. Hey thank you so much, you were really helpful.
David Lawrence: My pleasure I appreciate it very much Miguel.
Miguel: Hello David this is Miguel.
David Lawrence: How can I help you sir?
Miguel: George from Houston recommended me to call you so here I am a, I download really long mp3s like about 45 minute or hour mp3s. And I need to find a way to break those down into like little 3 or 5 minute chunks so I can access different parts of it quickly. You know like any just stand alone utility that might be able to do that.

After a 30 year career on radio in markets from New York to San Francisco to satellite and network, David H. Lawrence XVII decided to make a change. He hung up his headphones and retired from hosting 3 network/satellite radio shows to head to Los Angeles, to concentrate solely on acting in front of the camera.
Lili VonSchtupp* needed a fresh start. She moved to Washington DC and got her dream job. "I did affiliate relations for Online Tonight with David Lawrence. I slowly worked my way into the producer's chair by impressing David with my assets. (not those assets), my ability to make a CAT5 cable Ethernet cable, type (those of you in the chat room-shut up!) and work a phone system.
