David Lawrence: And I will tell you why because most people don*t know it but you still require Internet Explorer being installed, do you have any other browser work it is still the engine upon which you get around with Windows machines to begin with. So I would reinstall that and see if that brings things back to life if that*s the case. And then we will get an issue with the original uninstall of FireFox.

Terry: Okay.

David Lawrence: It may have taken out, something important to Internet Explorer to allow it to continue to get around.

Terry: And maybe by reinstalling it will put those things back in.

David Lawrence: It might I mean that*s how, where I would start. Whenever I take a look at any problem and this is in the category of teaching people, how to fish rather than handing them a fish. Whenever I have a problem, I always think to myself, okay what did I just do that*s different from before. And this is a pretty major thing to uninstall a browser. So I say okay let*s step back, let*s reverse that step and let*s see if that fixes things. If it does that helps me you know that helps me narrow it down, right.

Terry: Something else that is kind of ironic too is you know ME has got a system restore and I was trying to get into a system restore this evening to see if I could set it back like prior to the update.

David Lawrence: Right.

Terry: And it would not run, it would not go, it would not put anything back to a prior date format.

David Lawrence: You might also want to check and run Norton Utilities on that hard drive because it sounds like there are more things endemic to that than just simply this issue with Internet Explorer. I don*t think Panda is the issue. But it could be something in a virus that came out this last week or the week before that*s new that you maybe experiencing and it might not yet have reached the general populations. So not likely but possible and *

Terry: When I put FireFox back on, did I make that default browser.

David Lawrence: You don*t have to it will ask you to but I would just install it and see if that makes Internet Explorer work ,alright.
