Terry: It was, it was running fine for like 2-3 weeks.

David Lawrence: Yeah.

Terry: In the last five days, the PC has been acting up.

David Lawrence: Right so let*s, let*s put Panda aside for a while because nothing has changed with Panda as far as I know. But is there anything that happened around the time that Internet Explorer stopped working properly, an install, a bad ending to a session on the computer where you had you know Ctrl+Alt+Deleted or pulled the plug or any uninstall that might have happened.

Terry: No uninstalls or new installs. We occasionally have the Ctrl+Alt+Delete or a freeze up where you have to reboot.

David Lawrence: Right.

Terry: But other than that there hasn*t been anything new added or anything you know, the only thing that excuse me there was something, Mozilla the browser Mozilla of FoxFire.

David Lawrence: Yeah.

Terry: I did download that.

David Lawrence: FireFox.

Terry: Yeah FireFox, I am sorry we use that for a while and then I started encountering a problem I know it*s when I had that installed. So I uninstalled it but the problem still remained, that*s the only thing that*s been different over the last week.

David Lawrence: Okay I might try installing FireFox again or Mozilla again and see if Internet Explorer starts working.

Terry: Okay.
